  • IMPORTANT NOTE : Student will Pay Tuition Fee when He/She Reaches at Guilin Medical University China .

  • Fill  APPLICATION FORM above and send Us Your required documents by email to  

  • We submit your Application to the admission committee for international students of Guilin Medical University.

  • The University will give us the instruction as to accept the application or reject it.

  • If the University instructs to proceed with the admission of student we intimate you.

  • The student has to pay the Processing ,Admission,Registration fees then.

  • Once the student pays the processing fee to China we do all the formalities and send you the Acceptance/Admission letter from the University.

  • Once the Acceptance/Admission letter is given to the student the student has to submit his passport copy.

  • Once the passport copy is obtained we would process it with the Ministry Of Education in China for issuance for JW2O2 form that is required by the Chinese embassy in your country for them to issue study visa for the student.

  • Once the JW2O2 form is obtained from the ministry it would be forwarded to you.

  • Then the student will apply for the Visa in the nearest Embassy/ Consulate of China in your country.

  • The visa is issued and the student notifies us the date of his/her journey By Purchasing Ticket .

  • The student travels to China to Guangzhou and then to Guilin city.

  • Officials shall be there in the Guangzhou Airport to receive the student.

  • He/She is put in hostel of the university.

  • The next day the student pays the tuition fee to the Agent. The student shall be provided with the receipt of his/her fees. Then only can he join the course.

  • If the student has any problems, our officials are there 24 hours to help the student.

  • Note:

    1. All the Students Documents must be Original

    2. Students must send the complete documents

    3. Students must give the exact post address and Contact Number, if due to address fault students

    delayed or failed to receive the documents, university do not take any responsibility.
